You own things end to end.
There's nobody between you and the problem, and nobody between you and the client. The same person who scopes a piece of work usually carries it through and keeps it running once it's live.
Careers
Netgrawl runs deliberately small and senior. That's a choice, and it shapes what working here is actually like, for better and worse. This page is written to help you decide accurately rather than to recruit you.

How we work
There's nobody between you and the problem, and nobody between you and the client. The same person who scopes a piece of work usually carries it through and keeps it running once it's live.
We understand a situation before we change it, deliver in phases with defined ends, and avoid open-ended commitments. If you like knowing what "done" means, this suits you.
Most of what we work on is live, with real users, real clients and real money moving through it. That raises the bar on care and lowers the tolerance for clever-but-fragile, whether it is a system, a process or a message.
We expect updates, not reminders. If you own something, we hear from you before we have to ask.
Our core team is based in Abuja, Nigeria, with collaborators across Africa and Europe and active engagements in the United Kingdom. We work asynchronously by default and overlap where the work demands it.
Where you could fit
These are areas of work at Netgrawl, not open vacancies. Open roles are listed below; for anything else, tell us what you do and apply speculatively.
Designing and building the systems and platforms we deliver.
Keeping what is live working, secure and improving.
Turning opportunities into businesses: the market, the model, the launch.
Running Netgrawl Advertising: campaigns, publisher partners and reporting.
Looking after relationships with clients, institutions and partners.
How Netgrawl sounds and looks in public.
Keeping the company itself running: records, coordination, compliance and money.
Tell us what you do and what you would want to work on.

We look for builders: people who think, take ownership and turn ideas into results.
See open rolesYou see what needs doing and start, without waiting to be told.
You turn ideas, decisions and instructions into finished work.
You are comfortable where roles and systems are still taking shape.
You research, work things out and propose practical solutions.
You own what you are given and keep people updated on it.
New tools, processes and parts of the business do not put you off.
You handle company information, clients and documents with care.
You work across teams, platforms and functions.
You want to build something, not only perform a fixed job.
You see how your work connects to growth, efficiency and customers.
Who this suits
It suits you if
You have enough experience to make calls without a process telling you how, and you want range across kinds of work rather than depth in one narrow area. On any given quarter you might support a client, help shape a new venture, and run part of the operation behind both.
It suits you less if
You want a specialist track, a large team to learn from, or a clear separation between building something and running it. It also suits you less if you need everything to be structured before you can do good work.
Open roles
Abuja, NigeriaRemote-friendly
The person clients and platform users reach first, across the platforms we build and run and our client engagements. You own the response, not a ticket queue.
Abuja, Nigeria
The person who keeps the company running day to day — coordination, records, scheduling, and the practical side of a company that builds and operates technology and businesses. You are also our point of contact with partners, advisors and institutions, so it suits someone organised and comfortable dealing with people.
Abuja, NigeriaRemote-friendly
You run how Netgrawl sounds and looks in public — the website, our social channels, Insights and the communications that go with them. You own the message end to end: writing, brand, and the media that carries it, not just a posting schedule.
How we hire
Name the role, or tell us what you would want to work on if none of them fit.
We read everything that comes in, and reply within 2 business days, including when the answer is no.
If it is not the right moment, we keep a short list of people we'd hire when the work arrives, and we do go back to it.
