Partnerships
We build and run the technology. You bring the licence, the reach, or the customers.
Netgrawl partners with organisations that can take a product where we couldn't reach alone — and that want a technical partner who ships it, then stays to run it.
Who we work with
Financial institutions and payment providers
Banks, microfinance institutions, PSPs, and licensed operators building or extending consumer-facing financial products. We bring the engineering; you bring the licence and the balance sheet.
Agencies and consultancies
Firms with client relationships that outrun their delivery capacity. We work as the technical arm behind your engagement, under your brand or ours — whichever the client relationship calls for.
Platform and infrastructure providers
Companies whose APIs, rails, or tooling our products and client systems already sit on, where a formal relationship serves both sides better than an integration ticket.
Institutional and development organisations
NGOs, development agencies, and public-sector bodies delivering programmes in Nigeria that need technology built to survive an audit and outlive a funding cycle.
What a partnership looks like
We keep partnerships concrete. In practice that means one of three things.
Joint delivery
We build and operate a system you take to market, with commercial terms agreed before a line of code is written.
Technical partner of record
You hold the client relationship; we hold delivery and operations.
Distribution
You already have the customers; we already have the product. One of ours — a payments app, a fashion platform, an author's workspace — reaches them, on revenue terms agreed up front.
What we don't do is open-ended memoranda of understanding. If a partnership can't be described as a specific piece of work with specific terms, it isn't one yet.
Why partner with Netgrawl
We run our own products. FinXclusive, Formaire, Cognora, FictionFlux and FireForge are Netgrawl-built and Netgrawl-operated — so a partner isn't relying on our word about what we can carry from build to live users.
And we already work across Nigeria and the United Kingdom, which means cross-border delivery is something we do rather than something we'd be attempting for the first time on your programme.
