Senior team. Five live products. No layers between you and the work.

Netgrawl runs deliberately small and senior. That's a choice, and it shapes what working here is actually like — for better and worse. This page is written to help you decide accurately rather than to recruit you.

How we work

You own things end to end.

There's nobody between you and the problem, and nobody between you and the client. The same person who scopes a system usually builds it and usually operates it once it's live.

We ship in scoped stages.

We audit systems before we change them, deliver in phases with defined ends, and avoid open-ended builds. If you like knowing what "done" means, this suits you.

Live systems are a responsibility, not a codebase.

Most of what we work on is in production with real users and real money moving through it. That raises the bar on care and lowers the tolerance for clever-but-fragile.

Remote, anchored in Abuja.

Our core team is based in Abuja, Nigeria, with collaborators across Africa and Europe and active engagements in the United Kingdom. We work asynchronously by default and overlap where the work demands it.

Who this suits

People with enough experience to make calls without a process telling them how, who want range across products and sectors rather than depth in one component of one system. On any given quarter you might touch a fintech app, a hospital platform, and a publishing storefront.

It suits you less if you want a specialist track, a large team to learn from, or clear separation between building software and running it.

Apply

Apply for a role, or tell us what you do.

Name the role in your message, or tell us what you'd want to work on if none of them fit — we keep a short list of people we'd hire when the work arrives, and we do go back to it. We read everything that comes in, and reply within 2 business days — including when the answer is no.

We use your details only to reply to this enquiry. We don’t share them, and we don’t add you to a mailing list. See our privacy policy.
